About Yvonne

Yvonne Kohsel is a highly respected holistic and culinary nutritionist, fitness expert, speaker, and former Director of Spa & Wellness for a luxury resort in the Coachella Valley. She has dedicated her career to helping individuals elevate their energy, transform their habits, and step confidently into a healthier, more empowered life.

Her wellness journey began as the Fitness Coordinator for Petro-Canada, where she designed corporate fitness and employee wellness programs for one of Canada’s leading organizations. She later helped establish the Lululemon brand in the U.S., went on to own successful fitness studios in Laguna Beach, and led spa and wellness operations at premier luxury resort destinations.

Yvonne also contributed to employee health initiatives at Arbitech, which was named one of the Top Companies to Work For in Orange County during her time there.

Known for blending science-backed nutrition with functional movement and real-world habit strategy, Yvonne empowers high-performing women and professionals to create lasting change without confusion, overwhelm, or restriction.
